Purchase Policy

Your Obligated Covenants

In addition to Your other covenants in the Terms, by ordering the Products on Netrin You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the costs involved in any non-delivery or wrong delivery of the Products by the Company due to error in the information provided by You, and, any costs of re-delivery, in addition, to the initial cost, will be billed to You; (b) All information provided by You including your contact details, name, and address, bank or credit card details belong to You, or You are authorized to use the same, that the same are authentic and You have not made any misrepresentation or acted fraudulently by making use of such information/details; (c) That before placing an order You will check the Products' description carefully. By placing an order for the Products, You agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

 

Order For & Supply of Products

You will have to submit Your order through Netrin for the purchase of the Products as detailed by Netrin or you can e-mail us at contact@netrin.tech. Once the order is submitted, it is an express intention to purchase the Products and the same may not be canceled except as provided hereunder. Based on the information provided by You and subject to the Company’s verification of the same, the orders will be accepted by the Company for processing. All orders will be processed once the Company receives the payment for the Products. All orders shall be confirmed via e-mail. The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that the order placed by You is successfully processed subject to the availability of the Products. In the event the Products are sold out or unavailable, the Company will inform You regarding the same and either refund Your money or provide you with an opportunity to purchase a different Product of the same value. Except as specified herein, You will have no other remedy in case of non-availability of the Products selected by You.

Shipment and Cancellation Policy

The Company has collaborated with reputable courier agencies to guarantee prompt and secure delivery. To ensure that the product is delivered to the correct address, please make sure to enter the accurate address while placing the order. Although the time taken for delivery varies based on the destination, we make every effort to ensure that the orders are delivered on time. All shipments within India will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from the order date, subject to payment confirmation from the Payment Gateway. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, and those placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day. The product page mentions the shipping cost, if applicable. The amount you pay when placing an order on the platform includes the product and courier charges. An E-Invoice will be emailed to you regarding your order. If you do not receive an invoice, please send an email to support@netrin.tech. A shipping confirmation that includes your tracking ID will be sent to you once the product has been dispatched. You may track your order by visiting the webpage of the logistics partner using the tracking ID. If you do not receive the Products within a reasonable period of time, You should immediately notify the Company. You have an obligation to forthwith check the Products for accuracy upon receipt of the same.

 

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to the Company. Upon such cancellation, the Company will refund the money to You based on the merit of the case. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and You will have no right to contest the same. The reasons for cancellation could be due to non-availability of the Products, inaccuracy in Products or pricing information, or due to reasons of any fraud or wrong usage of payment mechanism adopted by You. Any cancellation will be intimated to You by the Company. In the event You desire to cancel any order, then, such cancellation must be done prior to the dispatch of the Product to you. Once dispatched, the Company will not accept any cancellation request from Your end.

Purchases Outside India

The Company shall not be responsible and it shall be your responsibility to check, with your local regulatory or competent authorities, whether the Product which you are planning to order or have ordered can be imported and used by you in your country of residence. It is recommended that you obtain confirmation from your local authorities prior to placing an order on the Website or App or directly through the Company sales personnel.

The Product is compliant with Indian laws and regulations. The Company disclaims any and all liability for not being compliant with local applicable laws if the Product or Services are to be used or imported into any other country.

The Product may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("**Import Fees**"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Usually, the shipments outside India shall be delivered within a span of 7-15 (seven to fifteen) days from the date of purchase. The Company is not liable for any delay in delivery due to the local applicable laws or geo-political situations or reasons.

Please note, if for any reason, the Product purchase price is to be refunded to the buyer and the shipping total paid to the Company included Import Fees, the Company shall not be able to refund the Import Fees.  For the avoidance of doubt, if the customer is canceling the order due to an issue on our end (e.g., no strap size fits), we shall refund all fees, including duties and taxes if already paid by the customer.

Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy

In the event You are unhappy or unsatisfied with Your purchase of Products, the Company provides You a return, refund, or exchange opportunity within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the Product subject to the following conditions:

  1. The request for return, exchange, or refund should be raised within 7 days of the receipt of the Products from Netrin;

  2. The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice, and the original packing must be intact and sent back;

  3. The Products should not have been used or should not have any dirt or scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable;

  4. You need to mention your order number, the date of order, and your date of receipt;

  5. Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the Company as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable;

  6. The Company has a dedicated team that will check the returned Products and their decision on your request will be final to accept or reject;

  7. Shipping charges will not be refunded;

  8. To request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer care at contact@netrin.tech, and we will get in touch with you.

The refund, return, or exchange process will be initiated only after the Company has received the Products in the condition mentioned above. As stated, You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or a higher value. The option will be communicated either via an e-mail provided by You to us or through a contact number that You have notified us of. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or misleading contact details. You will have a period of 7 days to confirm Your decision with us. In the event we do not receive any communication from You then your opportunity to obtain a refund, return or exchange will lapse. Refunds are processed in 7 to 15 (seven to fifteen) working days to the respective bank account through which You did the purchase transaction.

 

Pricing & Payments

The fee/consideration charged by the Company (including that for any of its Services, and for the Products) can be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI Payment, and through multiple online payment wallets such as Payzapp, Paytm, etc. You acknowledge that your payments shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective payment methods/payment gateways. You agree, understand, confirm, and state that the details (whether of debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI Payment, or payment through online wallets) provided by You to make payment and transact on Netrin will be correct, accurate, and is owned by You. In the event You use payment details belonging to any third party, then, You confirm that you have been authorized to or expressly permitted by such third party to use the said details/payment mode for making payments. The Company will not be liable for any payment fraud including any credit card/debit card fraud. The liability for use of a payment mode fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the User. In addition to all other remedies available under law and equity and as detailed under this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to recover the cost of servicing, collection charges, attorney’s charges, etc., from a User using Netrin fraudulently. Further, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of Netrin and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
